Cogeneration Coalition of Washington represents the interests of March Point Cogeneration Company and Tenaska Cogeneration, qualifying facilities representing 410 MWs of generation located in the Pacific Northwest.

Energy Producers and Users Coalition is an ad hoc group representing the power production and industrial electricity consumer interests of Aera Energy LLC, BP America Inc., Chevron U.S.A. Inc., Shell Oil Products US, ExxonMobil Corporation, THUMS Long Beach Company and Occidental of Elk Hills, Inc.

The Indicated Producers is an ad hoc coalition comprised of marketers, shippers and end-users. Members include Aera Energy LLC, BP Energy Company, BP America Inc. (including Atlantic Richfield Company), ConocoPhillips Company, Chevron U.S.A. Inc. and Occidental Energy Marketing, Inc.

Nevada Independent Energy Coalition is an ad hoc group representing the Nevada Cogeneration Associates #1 and Nevada Cogeneration Associates #2, independent energy producers, located in the state of Nevada. NIEC members represents approximately 170 MW of generation in the Las Vegas area.

Western States Petroleum Association is a non-profit trade association that represents approximately 30 companies that account for the bulk of petroleum exploration, production, refining, transportation and marketing in the six western states of Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
